Dr. Uzor Cares Foundation has provided the sum of N100,000 to support the medical treatment of Mrs Agu Modesta Chinwe, the ailing mother of Mr. Agu Ifeanyi from Obeleagu Umana in Ezeagu Local Government Area, Enugu State.
The cheque presentation which took place at the Foundation’s office, was done by Chief Aniagboso Peter, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation, who stated that the support is part of the Foundation’s efforts to assist vulnerable individuals and families in need. He further explained that the assistance will go a long way in supporting the medical treatment of Mrs. Agu Modesta Chinwe who is currently hospitalized at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Ituku Ozalla, Enugu and wished her speedy recovery and divine healing.
The cheque was received by Miss Chigbo Somtochukwu, a relation of Mr. Ifeanyi Agu, who expressed her gratitude to the Dr. Uzor Cares Foundation. We are grateful for this kind gesture and it will greatly assist in footing the cost of medical treatment of my aunt, she said.
The Dr. Uzor Cares Foundation’s rapidly growing compassionate interventions have brought hope and relief to numerous otherwise despondent families in Agbaja (Udi and Ezeagu LGAs) and these acts of kindness are expected to inspire others to follow in their footsteps.
